Anant leads the Organizational Development (O.D.) department at Shahi Exports. Established in 1974 by Sarla Ahuja, a seamstress herself, Shahi has grown to become India's largest apparel manufacturers, operating 60+ factories with a workforce of 100,000, a majority being women. The O.D. department promotes positive social and environmental business practices across Shahi's factories through designing and directly implementing innovative solutions.In addition to his role at Shahi, Anant is also Co-Founder and CEO at Good Business Lab, a social innovation lab that uses rigorous research to evaluate the impact of worker wellbeing programs, both on workers and firms to let evidence guide key decision making.
